On this page we intend to add various photos of rare and extraordinary plants from around the world as time allows.
June 1996

Corallodiscus species perhaps C.lanuginosus. Photographed by Michael on the
eastern side of the Pa La, a high road pass at 4800m (16240 ft) on the eastern
side of Lhasa. The plants were growing at around 4000m on a dry NE facing
steep slope. The whole area is fairly arid, cold and wind-swept. This image is
a re-photographed slide, projected on a white wall, using our digital camera.
